Affordable housing provider Call to Action Foundation (Salt Lake City, Utah) has opened The Afton at Sparks Marina, a new 55+ senior living community in Sparks, Nev., according to a news release.
The 3-story community comprises 142 one- and two-bedroom units. Amenities include three fitness centers, a clubhouse, fenced dog park, and community bicycles.
Metcalf Builders (Reno, Nev.) served as general contractor on the project.
