The Springs Living At Issaquah Highlands Breaks Ground In Issaquah, Washington

The 5-story, 329,250-square-foot project will deliver 225 units across independent living, assisted living, and memory care.

Developer PMB (Solana Beach, Calif.) and owner-operator The Springs Living (McMinnville, Ore.) have started construction on The Springs Living at Issaquah Highlands in Issaquah, Wash., according to a news release.

The project comprises a 5-story, 329,250-square-foot community with 225 total units, including 114 independent living, 84 assisted living, and 27 memory care residences.

Architecture firms Mackenzie (Portland, Ore.) and GBD Architects (Portland) are providing design services. Exxel Pacific (Bellingham, Wash.) is serving as general contractor.

Construction is expected to be completed in late 2028.
