The 62+ Ridgeview Commons Senior Living community has completed renovations in Pleasanton, Calif., according to patch.com.
The project installed new windows in the 200 residential units, as well as a new heating and cooling system. Additionally, 20 residential units were converted to Americans with Disabilities Act compliance.
Community spaces, including the dining room, and staff offices were also updated; and new exterior lighting, water-efficient landscaping, and a community patio were added as part of the project.
