Charlestowne Senior Village Gets City Approval In St. Charles, Missouri

The assisted living and memory care community is expected to open in 2027.

Developer TR Hughes Homes (St. Charles, Mo.) has received approval from the St. Charles City Council to build Charlestowne Senior Village, according to KTVI-TV.

The project will feature 68 assisted living and memory care residential units on 8.2 acres. Amenities will include central gardens and connected patios.

The community is expected to open in 2027.
