St. John’s United Plans 55+ Active Adult Expansion In Billings, Montana

St. John’s United, a retirement community in Billings, Mont., is planning a new 55+ active adult neighborhood, according to kulr8.com.

The neighborhood, called Aeries, will be housed in a 12-story building with 101 units. The project will also add an arts and crafts area, pickleball courts, a dog park, and new dining options for all residents.

Construction is expected to take two years to complete.
