Live Oak Trace Affordable Senior Living Community Opens In Mobile, Alabama

Developer Morrow Realty Company (Tuscaloosa, Ala.), community-based nonprofit Aletheia House (Birmingham, Ala.), and the City of Mobile celebrated the opening of Live Oak Trace, a new affordable senior living community in Mobile, Ala., according to fox10tv.com.

The $19.8 million project houses 56 two-bedroom, two-bathroom units for residents 55 and older. Amenities include a clubhouse and recreation areas, fitness center, computer room, and covered outdoor picnic area.
