Owner/operator Belmont Village Senior Living (Houston) and developer Turnberry (Blue Bell, Pa.) opened Belmont Village Aventura, a luxury senior living community in Aventura, Fla., according to a news release.
The 11-story community houses 153 independent living, assisted living, and memory care units with a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom floor plans. Among those units, two floors are dedicated to penthouse-style residences.
Resort-style amenities include a chef-led restaurant, full-service bistro and bar, fitness center, screening room, art studio, salon, and pool.
