Developer Evergreen Real Estate Group (Chicago) held a topping-off for Leyden Senior Apartments in Franklin Park, Ill., according to a news release.
The 4-story 62+ senior living community houses 80 units. On-site amenities include a community room, fitness room, lounge spaces, laundry rooms, and a patio.
The project is being built adjacent to the Carl Fiorito Senior Center, which is also currently under construction.
The project team includes Weese Langley Klein Architects (designer; Chicago) and F.H. Paschen (general contractor; Chicago).
