Developer EAH Housing (San Rafael, Calif.) opened Aloha La Halewiliko, a new $62 million affordable senior living community in Aiea, Hawaii, according to Spectrum News.
Located on the site of the former Aiea Sugar Mill, the 62+ community houses 140 residential units in a 3-story building.
Amenities include a fitness room, multipurpose room, dog park, community garden, and landscaped walking trails.
