Manor Lake Development Proposes New Senior Living Community In Grovetown, Georgia

Manor Lake Development (Waleska, Ga.) has filed a proposal with the Columbiana County Board of Commissioners (Evans, Ga.) to rezone 35.7 acres for a new senior living community in Grovetown, Ga., according to wrdw.com.

The proposed plans call for a 90,000-square-foot main building to house approximately 115 assisted living and memory care units, as well as 80 independent living cottages.

The community would also have a clubhouse, pergolas, a pond, and dog parks.
