Senior living operator Real Care Living (Culver City, Calif.) converted a former 173-room hotel into a new assisted living and memory care community in Bakersfield, Calif., according to The Bakersfield Californian.

The Real Care Assisted Living community houses 300 assisted living and memory care units.

Amenities include restaurant-style dining, a saltwater pool, salon, bistro/café, movie theater, fitness room, and library.
