Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) acquired Church Hill Village and rebranded the assisted living and memory care community as Benchmark at Newtown, according to a news release.
The community houses 71 residential units, multiple dining venues, a creative studio, entertainment room, salon, and a physical therapy space in four connected neighborhoods. Outdoor amenities include enclosed courtyards with a putting green, lifestyle chess board, and fireplace.
