Senior housing and services provider Good Samaritan, part of Sanford Health (Sioux Falls, S.D.), has opened Unity Place at Good Samaritan – St. Martin Village, a new senior living community in Rapid City, S.D., according to a news release.
The new senior community is an adaptive reuse of a former monastery and houses 22 assisted living units and a 10-unit memory care neighborhood. Amenities include walking trains, activity space, a spa, and chapel.
