Nonprofit service provider Osceola Council on Aging (Kissimmee, Fla.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Buen Vecino, an affordable senior living community in Buenaventura Lakes, Fla., according to wftv.com.
The 62+ community will house 60 one-bedroom units, a clubhouse for communal dining, computer lab, and exercise facility.
The project is expected to be completed in late 2026.
