Developer Avenue (Indianapolis) opened Viva Bene, a 55+ active adult community, in St. Peters, Miss., according to a news release.
The nearly 200,000-square-foot community houses 161 units, resort-style amenities, and preventative healthcare services. Amenities include a holistic wellness hub with fitness, yoga, and meditation classes, a fully appointed gym, healthy cooking workshops, and other wellness-focused experiential education.
Outdoor amenities include pools, pickleball courts, and picnic areas.
Primary and clinical healthcare provider Sevi Health (New Haven, Conn.) offers optional preventative care navigation and chronic care management services.
