Cedarhurst Senior Living (Cedarhurst, N.Y.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Cedarhurst of Manhattan in Manhattan, Kan., according to a news release.
Located on 15 acres, the 2-story, 72,000-square-foot community will house 63 assisted living units, a 26-unit memory care neighborhood, a fitness center, yoga studio, and dining venues.
The project is expected to be completed in the spring of 2027.
