Developer Green Mills Group (Fort Lauderdale, Fla.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Poinciana Parc, a new affordable senior living community in Fort Lauderdale, according to a news release.
The $26 million project will house 86 units, a fitness studio, business center, club/game room, and pool.
