As the senior living industry continues to evolve, the 28th annual edition of the EFA Design Showcase highlights the new approaches and strategies that are meeting market demands and changing resident and staff expectations.
Submissions to the 2024 program were assessed by our jury of industry professionals (listed below), who brought architecture, interior design, consultant, and owner/operator perspectives to the process.
They considered the projects in a first round of review to approve them for publication and also score them for awards contention. Those projects with the highest scores made it to a second review that took place during a virtual judging event held this past January.
Through this process, the jury selected one project for our highest honor, the Award of Merit, and three were given Honorable Mention recognition. The remaining six projects are Finalists.
Visit efamagazine.com for an extended Q+A with the Award of Merit winner.
These outstanding projects will also be celebrated during the EFA Magazine Awards Luncheon taking place on Sunday, April 14, at the EFA Conference + Expo in
Atlanta. Congratulations to all!
