Avendelle Assisted Living (Raleigh, N.C.) is planning to build a new assisted living senior community in Pittsburgh, according to a news release.
The provider is partnering with AWK Development (Turtle Creek, Pa.) on the community for 15-16 residents within a residential neighborhood.
The project will be Avendelle’s largest community to date and is scheduled to open in early 2026.
