Edith Spurlock Sampson and Sheffield Residences in Chicago has completed an expansion and renovation adding intergenerational living units, according to a news release from Chicago Housing Authority (CHA).
The project adds 80 mixed-income, affordable units for families as well as enhanced community spaces for two existing senior living buildings.
In addition, CHA completed renovations of 394 senior living units and the addition of 11 senior living units in the existing buildings.
