East Baton Rouge Council on Aging (Baton Rouge, La.) plans to build Lotus Village at the Lakes, an affordable, intergenerational community in Baton Rouge, according to the Baton Rouge Business Report.
Located on a 6-acre site, the community will house 49 single-story and two-story lofts for seniors as well as 10 units for intergenerational living.
The project team will include architecture and interior design firm Coleman Partners Architects (Baton Rouge) and developer Gulf Coast Housing Partnership (New Orleans).
