The North Kern—South Tulane Hospital District (Delano, Calif.) is planning to build Delano Assisted Living & Memory Care in Delano, according to turnto23.com
Located on a 4-acre site, the 3-story community will comprise approximately 110 units with more than 150 beds, including a behavioral health unit and two hospice suites.
Construction on the $60 million project is anticipated to begin by the fourth quarter of 2025 and take two years to complete.
