ANF Construction (Davie, Fla.) has completed construction on Sol Vista Apartments, an affordable senior living community in Culter Bay, Fla., according to floridayimby.com.
The 8-story affordable senior living community houses 227 one-bedroom units and a 3-story parking garage for residents 62 and older. Amenities include a fitness center, community room, and fifth-floor outdoor patio.
The project team includes architect and designer Burgos Lanza & Associates (Coral Gables, Fla.) and co-developers MRK Partners (Los Angeles) and Cypress Equity Investments (Santa Monica, Calif.). The community is managed by Wingate Companies (Newton, Mass.).
