The Danish Home of Chicago in Norwood Park, Ill., expects to complete an expansion of its campus by spring 2025, according to a news release.
The project will add five one-bedroom independent living units and nine private healthcare suites to the continuing care retirement community (CCRC).
Additionally, a new bistro will be added and the community’s dining room will be expanded and updated with floor-to-ceiling windows as part of the project.
The project team includes Berglund Construction (general contractor; Chicago).
