Benchmark Senior Living (Waltham, Mass.) plans to break ground this month on an expansion of Benchmark at Rye in Rye, N.H., according to seacoastonline.com.
The memory care community will add 70 assisted living units including 24 studios, 38 one-bedroom units, and eight two-bedroom units. The 2-story, 60,000-square-foot addition will include a dining room, bistro with a bar, family kitchen, hair salon, fitness center, physical therapy center, recreation room, and club room.
The addition is expected to open in 2026.
