Catholic, not-for-profit health system SSM Health (St. Louis) plans to develop a new $42 million senior living campus in Fond du Lac, Wis., according to a news release.
The 180,000-square-foot community, to be operated by ElderSpan Management (Madison, Wis.), will include independent living, assisted living, memory care, and high-need assisted living units.
Construction is expected to start in early 2027 and be completed by 2028.
