Operator MBK Senior Living (Irvine, Calif.) has started interior and exterior renovations to San Clemente Villas by the Sea, a senior living community in San Clemente, Calif., according to a news release.
The project at the 137-unit assisted living and memory care community will modernize living spaces, upgrade amenities, and refresh common areas.
Improvements include a reimagined Sky Lounge and adding a contemporary aesthetic to residential units.
