Luxury home builder Toll Brothers (Fort Washington, Pa.) added a new clubhouse and amenity center at Regency at Tracy Lakes, a senior community in Pleasanton, Calif., according to a news release.
The project at the 55+ active adult, master-planned community adds an 11,000-square-foot building with pools, a fitness center, and game room.
New outdoor amenities include an event lawn, pickleball and bocce ball courts, community garden, dog park, and walking trails.
