Cedarhurst Senior Living (St. Louis) plans to expand its Cedarhurst of Frankfort assisted living and memory care community with 32 new independent living cottages, according to a news release.
Designed for 55+ residents, the cottages will feature two-bedroom floor plans with walk-in closets, full-sized kitchen appliances, laundry rooms with washer and dryer hookups, private garages, covered patios, and gas fireplaces.
Community amenities will include a clubhouse with full-service dining, a pickleball court, and putting green as well as access to existing activity programs, therapy services, and transportation options.
The cottages are expected to open in spring 2026.
