Covenant Living of the Great Lakes: The community has opened a new independent living neighborhood with 36 cottage-style units in 18 duplexes.

Park Pointe Village: The continuing care retirement community has started construction on a campus expansion, which includes a new assisted living building with 28 units (shown).

Westminster Village, a CCRC in West Lafayette, Ind., replaced aging water heaters and boilers with high-efficiency commercial systems to improve resident comfort, reduce maintenance demands, and support long-term senior living operations.
