EFA Design Champions winners
Environments for Aging’s 2024 Design Champions are making a meaningful impact on the lives of residents and staff through innovative strategies and approaches in senior living design.
Now in its sixth year, this year’s competition honors three visionaries for their groundbreaking work.
These leaders are creating new models for continuing care retirement communities that foster stronger connections between residents and their environments; developing tools that help project teams overcome barriers and reimagine inclusive spaces; and challenging traditional senior living models with fresh approaches that balance resident care and financial sustainability.

We’re excited to showcase their impressive portfolios. The 2024 Design Champions will be recognized at the 2025 Environments for Aging Conference + Expo, taking place April 26-29, 2025, in Lexington, Ky.
