Pubs are a place full of vitality and community and are now becoming a key ingredient in a life plan community’s social lifestyle. Many pub venues in life plan communities offer unique dining menus throughout the day from breakfast to late-night snacks. Opening a pub venue is a multifaceted process, including licensing, programming, design, and implementation. Presenters will take you through each of these steps, along with real-life experiences and outcomes. Attendees will explore the design principles, mechanics, and economics behind providing a pub venue, and experts on design, operations, financing, and governance will share their experience and research findings in developing a pub experience.
