Locally sourced building materials
The Hacienda at Georgetown is thoughtfully designed using local stone sourced from San Saba, Texas, to reflect the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape, which includes Texas Hill Country.
Paying homage to the area’s historical charm, the community features architectural elements such as a rich color palette of deep gold and blues, wood detailing, and wrought-iron and brass accents.
Residential units, including studio, one- and two-bedroom options, are designed to evoke the Texas landscape through a color palette of warm, earthy tones and vibrant accents such as lush greens, sky blue, and azure tones. To deliver indoor-outdoor living, units have spacious balconies.
Public-facing dining amenity
The Hacienda at Georgetown’s amenities include a luxury salon and spa, resort-style swimming pool, private dog run, and amphitheater.
The community features four upscale dining venues, including a public-facing restaurant, called Alma. Alma embraces a sophisticated and vibrant ambiance with a carefully curated color palette of deep burgundy, warm golden yellows, and rustic browns and elegant furnishings, including plush leather seating and tastefully selected modern accents.
