Global Pointe Senior Living opened in Golden Valley, Minn., this past January, featuring 90 assisted living and memory care units.
For the design, the project team of Tushie Montgomery Architects and Studio Blue focused on bringing sophistication and comfort to the community through the lighting, materials, colors, fabrics, furniture, and textures. For example, the two-story grand lobby features touches of vibrant colors and nature, including a moss wall and fountain at the entry.
Additional elements in the 95,000-square-foot community include a Sky Bar and rooftop deck, movie theater, club room, library, and billiards room.
