Scheduled to open in January 2022 in Austin, Texas, The Reserve at Lake Austin, will highlight a “Texas Modern” design, a playful spin on Hill Country resort living.

The 109,000-square-foot independent living, assisted living, and memory care community will be delivered by operator Solera Senior Living (Denver) along with partners, HPI investments (Austin).

The main entry will feature a glass-framed skywalk, an indoor-outdoor fireplace, and direct access to a lounge. The Capital Club Dining Restaurant will feature a large exhibition kitchen as well as a window view of the pizza oven. The Violet Crown Lounge, named after the famed Austin sunsets, will be a place to unwind and enjoy a glass of wine or appetizer.

The community’s 120 units, ranging from studio to two-bedroom options, will be adapted to accommodate varying acuity and mobility levels and include many upgraded features such as soft-close cabinets, pull-out trash in the kitchens, quartz countertops, marble backsplashes, counter-depth refrigerators, lighting on dimmer switches, and bathrooms with dual shower fixtures (rain-shower and handheld).
