The private dining option allows residents to enjoy a quiet (or family) meal in an elegant setting. Floor to ceiling windows look out on a beautiful courtyard landscaped with tropical plants. The windows are framed by dramatic drapery that adds to the soft yet luxurious design of the room. The room is completed by cantilevered walnut wood accents starting at the floor and extending across the ceiling.

The game room features built in shelving and painted wood accents that provide the room with a feeling of whimsy and energy. The flooring is inspired by deep sea nautical maps and all the furniture pops off the neutral background with bold patterns soft textures. Not only can you play cards, but pool and shuffleboard as well.

The yoga/fitness room allows residents to stay fit and active. The slate blue wall color provides a fresh background for working out. The oversized windows keep the room bright and airy while provide a view of tropical landscape.
Wood-covered columns, hard-surface flooring in a chevron pattern, and an accent wall with pendant lighting in the bistro contributes to an inviting atmosphere.
The Arbor at Delray, located in Delray Beach, Fla., near the border of Boca Raton, will meet the need for continuum of care services in the area. The community is located near many multimillion-dollar single-family-home communities, and the contemporary design with coastal influences blends seamlessly into the neighborhood.
The interior design centers around biophilic color use with nautical accents, as well as warm wood and metal tones—walnut, matte black, charcoal & gunmetal (or aged nickel.) The design team intentionally accented architectural features with lighting details and paid close attention to feature scale. When rooms had lots of volume, the team made sure the architectural features stayed larger as well.
The color scheme is very warm and inviting—different neutral tones accented with nautical blues; white meshing with, grays, blues and blacks alongside natural materials. The goal was to make the project feel timeless and sophisticated with a homelike-hospitality flare. Texture was contrasted with pattern so aesthetically every room feels balanced and inviting. Views to the outside were very important, so the team framed these moments with architectural features that will draw the eye outside
The 225,000-square-foot community is located two miles from the Delray Medical Center and 10-15 minutes from Boca Raton hospitals and is surrounded by entertainment and eating establishments.
Opening in early 2023, the project will include 89 independent living units, 76 assisted living units, and 22 memory care units. Residents will have access to resort-style amenities including a fitness center and yoga studio, as well as on-site therapy and rehabilitation.
