San Francisco Campus for Jewish Living (SFCJL; San Francisco) has embarked on a large-scale construction project to expand its capacity from 374 residents and short-term stay patients to more than 600.
Designed by Ankrom Moisan Architecture (Portland, Ore., and Seattle) and built by Cahill Contractors (San Francisco), the 270,000-square-foot project comprises the Frank Residences, with 113 modern assisted-living apartments and 77 memory care support suites, and Byers Square will feature a café, fitness center, pool, cinema, performance center, and retail.
The campus expansion is expected to be completed in late 2019.
