The resulting Avenida Watermarq at Germantown features apartment homes, amenity spaces, a resident enrichment program, and inspiring views of nearby Nashoba Lake and the Wolf River Greenway.

Opening in September 2020, Avenida Watermarq exemplifies resort-style, lakeside living. Modern architecture combines with stylish artwork and décor throughout the community to create communal spaces that are comfortable, elegant, and inviting.

The 187,607-square-foot community offers 161 units ranging from 782 to 1,340 square feet. Residents can choose from 11 different floor plans featuring one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and one-bedroom-plus-den apartment homes. Avenida Watermarq also includes a great room for social gatherings, club room with lakeview terrace, fitness studio, yoga studio, theater, library, private dining room, creative arts studio, lakefront courtyard with swimming pool, courtyard with barbeque and outdoor dining areas, and lakeside pavilion.
