Woodside Senior Communities (Green Bay, Wisc.) is set to begin construction on The Promenade, an active 50+ senior community in Green Bay Wisc., according to the website wearegreenbay.com.
The community will consist of 83 one- and two-bedroom independent living apartments.
Amenities will include a pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, golf simulator, walking trails, dog park, library, and café, according to The Promenade website.
