Woodside Senior Communities (Green Bay, Wis.) started construction on The Promenade in Ashwaubenon, Wis., according to ashwaubenon.gov.
The 5-story, 55+ senior community will consist of 83 one- and two-bedroom units, a café, heated outdoor pool, pickleball courts, and fitness area.
The 172,500-square-foot community will also house the Ashwaubenon Branch of the Brown County Public Library on the north side of the building.
The project is expected to be completed in late 2025.
