Winter Village independent living community in Frankenmuth, Mich., is set to unveil a $2 million renovation this spring, according to mlive.com.
Exterior improvements include a new roof, paint, repaved driveway and parking lot, and updated lighting.
Inside, the lobby, dining, and activity spaces are modernized with new flooring, furniture, and artwork. The project also adds a movie theater.
