Owner-operator Wingate Living (Needham, Mass.) held a groundbreaking ceremony to mark the start of construction on Wingate Way East, a senior living community in Needham, Mass., according to a news release.
The community will house one- and two-bedroom independent living units on three floors, as well as a golf simulator, art workshop, yoga and spin studios, and library.
Outdoor amenities will include a rooftop lounge and grille.
