Wind Crest By Erickson Senior Living, a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) in Highlands Ranch, Colo., completed Bowen Landing, an assisted living and memory care expansion on its campus in Highlands Ranch, according to a news release.
The project adds 109 assisted living and memory care units in a new building that also houses a library, games lounge, fitness center, and restaurant. Units range from studio to one- and two-bedroom options. An enclosed courtyard features a fireplace, tables for gathering, and multipurpose turf for bocce ball and fitness activities.
The project team includes senior living design and architecture firm SFCS (Roanoke, Va.) and general contractor Brinkmann Constructors (Chesterfield, Mo.).
