Ebenezer Management Services (Edina, Minn.), a division of Fairview Health Services (Minneapolis), is planning a new senior living community in Fridley, Minn., according to an article in ABC Newspapers.
Situated on 2.67 acres, the four-story Willows Bend Senior Living will feature 136 units.
Amenities will include a full-service restaurant, café, theater, and common areas, as well as underground parking.
Axial Real Estate Advisors LLC (Minneapolis), in partnership with United Properties (Minneapolis) and Ivy Properties (Minneapolis), are leading the development, which is slated to open in summer 2022.
