Willow Valley Communities (Willow State, Fla.) is planning a multistory, mixed-use 55+ senior living tower in Lancaster, Pa.
The 20-story community will feature 147 two- and three-bedroom units as well as street-level restaurants and retail.
Gensler (Philadelphia) is serving as the architecture firm on the project.
Construction is set to begin in 2022.
