Developer AIM North Holdings LLC’s plans for Westside Commons, an independent senior living community in North Branch, Minn., were approved by the North Branch City Council, according to the Isanti-Chisago County Star.
The project will consist of 70 units in a 2-story building surrounded by 18 duplexes and 16 townhouses. The campus will also include an outdoor recreational area, club house, library, community garden, and walking trails.
Construction is expected to start in 2025.
