Westmont of Encinitas, a 91,334-square-foot assisted living community, has been completed in Encinitas, Calif.
Situated on 3.2 acres, the community is designed in the Craftsman style with coastal influences. It features 93 units with 35 studio units, 50 one-bedroom units, and eight two-bedroom units.
Amenities include an indoor therapy pool, library, theater, beauty salon, activity rooms, fitness center, full-service kitchen, and a commercial laundry center.
The project team includes Ware Malcomb (designer; San Diego) and Westmont Construction (general contractor; San Diego).
