Westminster-Canterbury on Chesapeake Bay senior living community broke ground on an expansion project in Virginia Beach, Va., according to the website wtkr.com.
The $450 million project will add a new 226-unit Independent Living Bay Tower.
Luxury amenities will include a sky lounge, plunge pool, pickleball court, and entertainment room.
Bay Tower is expected to be completed in late 2026 or early 2027.
