The Wesley-Tehaleh community in Bonney Lake, Wash., celebrated a grand opening, according to an article in The News Tribune.
Situated on 16.82 acres, the community features two buildings with a mix of residential units. The Lodge offers 18 memory care units, 136 independent living units, and 42 units for catered living. The Brownstone building houses 32 independent living and condominium-style units.
Community amenities include a creativity center, woodworking shop, event center, community chapel, library, beauty salon, fitness center, and club room, as well as underground parking and electric car charging stations. Outdoors, resident have access to walking trails, a pickleball court, gardens, pet wash, patios, and fire pit.
The community is a project of Wesley Homes (Kent, Wash.) and Presbyterian Homes & Services (St. Paul, Minn.) with Ryan Companies US Inc. (Minneapolis) serving as builder, developer, designer, and real estate manager.
