Wendover Housing Partners, a privately held real estate development, investment, and management company in Altamonte Springs, Fla., has plans for a new 55+ senior affordable apartment community in Sanford, Fla.
The single, three-story community will be situated on 4.3 acres and offer 68 units with a mix of one-bedroom and two-bedroom units. Amenities will include a fitness center, theater room, activities room with kitchen, computer room, library, and dog walk.
The $15.9 million project is expected to be completed by January 2021.
